How do I find a provider?

Simply enter your zip code and select the type of provider you’re looking for. You’ll see a list of local professionals, complete with detailed profiles that may include credentials, specialties, experience, and optional verification details.

Is there a cost to use the platform?

Yes, customers pay a monthly subscription fee to access provider profiles and message them directly. This helps us maintain a quality platform and ensures a smooth experience for both families and caregivers.

How do I know if a provider is trustworthy?

Provider profiles include information shared directly by the provider, such as their experience, services offered, and any licenses they’ve listed. While we do not verify all information by default, customers have the option to purchase a background check and/or license verification through the platform if they would like added peace of mind before hiring.

What types of providers are available?

Our platform includes a wide range of professionals such as private duty nurses, home health aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.

How do I contact a provider?

Once you’ve subscribed, you can message providers directly through their profile. From there, you can coordinate care based on your needs and their availability.

How do I join the platform?

Click “Sign Up” and create your profile. You’ll be asked to share your qualifications, experience, and the services you offer. Once approved, your profile will be visible to customers searching in your area.

Is there a cost for providers to join?

No. Providers can create a profile for free. Optional add-ons such as background checks or license verification can be purchased to help build trust with customers, but they are not required.

How do I get connected with customers?

Customers will find your profile when searching in your area. If they’re interested, they’ll message you directly. From there, you’ll coordinate the details, rates, and schedule together.

Do you take a percentage of my earnings?

No. L’Instant Health Connect does not take a cut of your earnings. You are paid directly by the customer and set your own rates and terms.

Can I work on my own schedule?

Yes. Our platform is built to give providers flexibility and independence. You choose who to work with, what services to offer, and when you’re available.
